Appreciate that the instructors have been sensitive to my respective health issues, eg modifying my exercise routine to accomodate my poor shoulder mobility. Noticed that they are alert to other students’ health concerns too.
During pregnancy, Prenatal Pilates helped with maintaining core strength and flexibility to counteract aches and pains during pregnancy. During child birth, I had a smooth and spontaneous labour at 38 weeks. My obstetrician commented that my Pilates training helped me to push baby out quickly! After child birth, I was up and about within a week of delivering and could not wait to get back to Pilates!

Pilates Fitness at Telok Blangah is a great studio with friendly staff. The reformer pilates classes are also really good to strengthen your core; tone your body and fun to do. I’ve been attending Pilates Fitness for 5 months and my health and fitness have definitely improved.

The instructors are patient enough to ensure that we get the position and moves right and at the same time ensure that we challenge ourselves with new & more difficult moves to ensure that we progress move after each class. My body definitely felt more toned and less body ache. Will definitely continue more classes with Pilates Fitness.

I got pregnant at 41 years old. Being a high risk pregnancy, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetic. Pilates and a diet journal helped me to maintain healthy weight throughout pregnancy.
