What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your class online no later than 24 hours before your scheduled class start time. If you have booked a class with Reformer Introduction, the scheduled class start time is the start of the Reformer Introduction even if you do not need to attend it.

Failing to cancel 24 hours before class start time will result in a class credit deducted from your bundle.

Due to the limited class size during Covid period, we are unable to waive off any late cancellation unless a medical certificate is emailed to us within 48 hours from the class start time.
