24 BIXEPS Therapy Sessions – Valid for 8 months

BIXEPS Therapy Terms & Conditions:

• The 24 BIXEPS Pro sessions at $1,560 are valid for 8 months from date of purchase. You can only use BIXEPS Therapy sessions for BIXEPS Pro sessions and not for any reformer classes.

• Each BIXEPS Pro session is for 1 Leg and therapy time is 10 minutes. Please book a 15 minutes BIXEPS Pro slot on Mindbody for each leg. Book for 2 slots if you are doing 2 legs back to back.

• All BIXEPS Pro sessions are by appointment only.

• Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.

• All credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• Pilates Fitness Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the offer without prior notice.

Class Cancellation for BIXEPS Pro Sessions

• BIXEPS Pro session cancellation must be made 24-hour before your session starts.
• You will not be able to enter the BIXEPS Therapy room if you are more than 5 minutes late and your class will be forfeited.
• BIXEPS Pro bookings can be made and canceled via Schedule Page. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media, calls, text or whatsapp. We have no front desk, please download IOT.Smart Door Access App when you attend classes at Pilates Fitness.
• In the event of no-show, arriving late and late cancellation, your class will be forfeited.

Pilates Fitness reserves all rights to:

• change the BIXEPS Pro schedule;
• close whether the whole or a part of the Studio for improvement or renovation or have any other reason to temporarily close the Studio and members agree not to claim for any compensation or damages or any other replacement in kind.

Pilates Fitness reserves the right to change and amend the Studio Policies from time to time, without prior notice or announcement.
