• Class validity depends on the type of class bundle purchased. 
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• Joining fee of $49 is applicable for new members.
• Pilates Reformer Class bundle validity starts from date of purchase. 
• The prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
• All Pilates reformer class bundles are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferable.
• All Pilates reformer classes are by appointment only and class prerequisites apply.

Class Cancellation

• Pilates reformer Class cancellation must be made 24-hour before your class starts.
• You will not be able to attend the Pilates reformer class if you are more than 10 minutes late and a pilates reformer class credit will be deducted from your bundle.
• Back-to-back classes are allowed as long as there is a 15 minutes break between classes.
• A pair of clean socks is compulsory for every class. You will not be able to join the class without socks and a class credit will be deducted from your bundle.
• Class bookings can only be made and canceled via the Schedule Page. Class bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media or whatsapp or email. We have no front desk, please download IOT.Smart Door Access App when you attend Pilates classes at Pilates Fitness.
• In the event of no-show, no socks, arriving late and late cancellation, one class credit will be deducted from your class bundle.
