BIXEPS Therapy Terms & Conditions:
- The 48 BIXEPS Therapy sessions at $3,264 are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. You can only use BIXEPS Therapy sessions for BIXEPS and not for any reformer classes.
- All BIXEPS Therapy sessions are by appointment only.
- Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
- All credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- Pilates Fitness Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the offer without prior notice.
Class Cancellation for BIXEPS Therapy Sessions
- BIXEPS Therapy session cancellation must be made 24-hour before your session starts.
- You will not be able to enter the attend BIXEPS Therapy room if you are more than 5 minutes late and your class will be forfeited.
- BIXEPS Therapy bookings can be made and canceled via Schedule Page. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media, calls, text or whatsapp. We have no front desk, please download IOT.Smart Door Access App when you attend classes at Pilates Fitness.
- In the event of no-show, no socks, arriving late and late cancellation, your class will be forfeited.
SCHEDULE CHANGES AND STUDIO CLOSURE POLICIES
Pilates Fitness reserves all rights to:
- change the BIXEPS Therapy schedule;
- close whether the whole or a part of the Studio for improvement or renovation or have any other reason to temporarily close the Studio and members agree not to claim for any compensation or damages or any other replacement in kind.
Pilates Fitness reserves the right to change and amend the Studio Policies from time to time, without prior notice or announcement.
