Pilates Core is my FAVOURITE with wonderful instructors Wina and Candice. Felt good after each session and it helps with my back problem.
I like Core & Body ache class as i feel it helps me gain strong muscles and my lower back pain is gone. I have more energy and strength for daily routine and doing outdoor activities with my family. Will keep it going!
A very conducive studio for a workout. The instructors are helpful, friendly and approachable. My favourite class is Flexi Stretch - using the Reformer machine ensures that my body is correctly aligned when I stretch and thus I can maximise the effectiveness of those stretches. Will highly recommend to those who want effective yet gentle stretching sessions!
Since Sep 2020 I have been attending classes 2 to 3 times a week. I feel tremendous results in term of toning and strengthening to my body. Though I'm still working on the flexibility. I would like to express my thanks to Wina, Candice and Joy. I really enjoy and looking forward to my clsses.
I’m been taking weight loss and flexi stretch classes at serangoon gardens for the past 8 months and have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. Instructors, Candice, Joy, Lorwina see to it that we are taken care of in class. I have a slipped disc and have neck and back pain sitting down at the desk for long periods. Pilates Fitness has improved my strength and fitness level that even my physiotherapist gave thumbs up. Thank you so much!
