Better Together Voucher – Each Voucher is $530 for 6 Reformer Classes & 4 BIXEPS Pro Sessions

• Each voucher at $530 entitles you to 6 Pilates Fitness reformer group classes and 4 BIXEPS Pro Sessions. The reformer group class is valid for all group classes except prenatal classes.
• Enjoy 1 FREE Refromer class + 1 FREE BIXEPS Pro session with 3 or more vouchers purchased. A single full payment of 3 or more vouchers is required to enjoy the free classes. Accumulating purchase of vouchers over time is not valid to enjoy the free classes promotion.
• Last day of voucher redemption is 30 April 2024.
• Once voucher is redeemed, all 6 reformer classes & 4 BIXEPS Pro sessions are valid for 8 weeks from redemption date. Eg, if you redeem the voucher on 31 March 2024, the voucher classes are valid for use till 25 May 2024.
• All 6 reformer classes & 4 BIXEPS Pro sessions within each voucher cannot be shared once redeemed.
• Individual vouchers before redemption can be shared.
• A digital voucher with the voucher code will be emailed to you 3 working days from date of purchase.
• Email us the voucher code on the second page of your voucher to redeem your class credits, it may take up to 1 working day before your credits are updated in your account.
• Vouchers can be redeemed immediately for use.
• Vouchers classes are eligible to participate in the Flow Challenge.
• This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions from Pilates Fitness.
• Joining fee is not required to use the vouchers.
• The prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.
• All Pilates reformer class credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferable.
• All Pilates reformer classes are by appointment only and class prerequisites apply.
• Pilates Fitness Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the offer without prior notice.

Class Cancellation

• Pilates reformer Class cancellation must be made 24-hour before your class starts.
• You will not be able to attend the Pilates reformer class or BIXEPS Pro Session if you are more than 10 minutes late and a credit will be deducted from your bundle.
• First-time participant must attend class with Reformer Introduction.
• Back-to-back classes are not allowed unless otherwise stated.
• A pair of clean socks is compulsory for every class. You will not be able to join the class without socks and a class credit will be deducted from your bundle.
• Class bookings can only be made and canceled via the Schedule Page. Class bookings and cancellations are not accepted via social media or whatsapp or email. We have no front desk, please download IOT.Smart Door Access App when you attend Pilates classes at Pilates Fitness.
• In the event of no-show, no socks, arriving late and late cancellation, one class credit will be deducted from your class bundle.
