How often should I do BIXEPS Therapy?

For Physically Active Individuals:

 

  • Start with two back-to-back 10-minute therapy (20 minutes total therapy time) treating both legs
  • Begin with weekly sessions for the first month
  • You can progress to twice weekly, with 2-3 days between sessions from month 2 onwards

 

For Those New to Exercise or Seniors:

 

  • Begin with one leg per week, alternating legs
  • First month: One leg weekly (remember to alternate your legs)
  • Second month: Both legs together in back-to-back sessions, once weekly
  • Third month: Option to increase to twice for both legs weekly
