Your approach depends on your fitness level and if you have any medical issues.
For Physically Active Individuals:
- Start with two back-to-back 10-minute therapy (20 minutes total therapy time) treating both legs
- Begin with weekly sessions for the first month
- You can progress to twice weekly, with 2-3 days between sessions from month 2 onwards
For Those New to Exercise or Seniors:
- Begin with one leg per week, alternating legs
- First month: One leg weekly (remember to alternate your legs)
- Second month: Both legs together in back-to-back sessions, once weekly
- Third month: Option to increase to twice for both legs weekly
