Why is my loved one unable to book for a class despite having a Mindbody account?

Once your loved one has successfully registered for a Mindbody account, please email us with your loved one name, mobile and indicate the number of classes you would like to gift your loved one. Once we receive your email, we will need at least 1 working day to process your request. We will reply to your email once we have credited your loved one’s account with valid class credit(s). Your loved one can then proceed to book for Pilates classes once the Pilates class credits are in his/her Mindbody account.
