Yes, you can. By purchasing a new class bundle, all your unused expired class credits will be renewed to your new class bundle's expiry date.
Yes, a change of instructor is possible should there be any last-minute emergency.
However, this is not an issue as all our instructors undergo 200 hours of one-on-one training with our Founder, Candice, apart from their global Pilates certification. We encourage everyone to attend different Pilates classes with different Pilates instructors to see faster improvements. In fact, many people face a fitness plateau because they stick with the same instructor for an extended period of time. We move our Pilates instructors around every month so that clients' progress can accelerate at a faster rate.
Weight Loss Reformer Pilates Class is one of our basic Reformer Pilates classes. Weight Loss Reformer Pilates class is conducted at high intensity but with zero impact exercises, it is best for beginners who love a challenge. If you have not been exercising regularly in the last few months, we will recommend you to start with our Core Reformer Pilates class instead. Read more here.
