No, we are unable to transfer ownership of any class bundles or class credits. However, you can choose to share your class bundle with up to 4 other members.

Only class credits that are not expired can be used to book for classes. If you see a "call" button instead of "book" button, it is likely your class credits have expired.

Please go to Schedule Page > My Account > Passes to check your available class credits.

Please email [email protected] with your Mindbody account name and mobile number if you have further enquries about your account.

For your first class, you must choose a class type that comes with 30 minutes Reformer Introduction on our class schedule. Read more here.

You only need to attend the Reformer Introduction once.

For your subsequent classes, you may choose any of our basic classes (Weight Loss Pilates, Core Pilates or Flexi-Stretch Pilates). Please turn up at the class start time instead of the Reformer Introduction start time should you book for a class that comes with Reformer Introduction.

You must bring a pair of anti-slip socks for your Pilates workout. We have a vending machine for those interested to purchase grip socks for $6 at our studios, do prepare exact change! We also recommend that you bring along a water bottle and a small towel. Shoes are not required for the class.

Please purchase a new class bundle here so as to keep the slot.

Else, we will remove you from the confirmed class list if you do not have any valid class credits in your account.
