Please wear comfortable & fitting fitness attire. You won’t go wrong with a fitted tee or tank matched with slacks or tights! Please don't wear loose tops as the Instructor will not be able to see your posture or offer corrections.

For hygiene reasons, socks are compulsory at Pilates Fitness – we recommend anti-slip socks but any types of ankle socks work fine. We have a grip-socks vending machine at the studio for those interested to purchase grip socks for $6 at our studios, do prepare exact change!

We offer Pilates classes using the Pilates Reformer and other Pilates props. Each class aims to solve a lifestyle concern such as losing weight, increasing flexibility or increasing core strength. All our classes are 55 minutes long.

We also provide 30 minutes FREE Reformer Introduction class for all first-timers doing group class with us to aquaint themselves with the Pilates Reformer before the start of the class.

As the main piece of equipment to perform Pilates exercises. The Reformer glides forward & backward on rollers and uses springs for resistance, along with other attachments, for a wide variety of exercises and positions (i.e. lying down, seated and standing).

The biggest benefit of Pilates is the enhanced body awareness of how you sit, stand or move and the ability to relate your movement habits to the aches, pains and injuries you may have or have had in the past. At the end of 15 sessions within 3 months, you can expect an increase in strength, fitness, flexibility, mobility, energy and balance, a decrease in general body aches and improved sleep.

You should be able to see results after doing 2-3 classes a week for a month. This will vary depending on the individual. Other factors that may affect the result include frequency of classes per week, class types, group or private class, participation in other physical activities, diet, and the presence of any existing injuries. Most people will see toned muscles and reduced body fat after doing 3 classes weekly for 3 months. We encourage you to remain consistent in your classes with us!

As the resistance in Pilates exercises comes from springs, Pilates exercises have zero impact on the joints, making it safer than most forms of exercises. Pilates exercises the body as a whole unit uniformly, thereby reducing muscle imbalances and improving posture. It is also one of the best ways to rehabilitate injuries while building muscle strength and flexibility. As Pilates is performed with control, it is suitable for all genders at any age, especially those who are looking to practice mind-body connection.

We release new class schedule on the 25th of every month. All classes vacancies are also displayed on our Schedule page. Please check your preferred class slots availability and your class bundle expiry date before purchasing any class bundles to avoid disappointment.
