You can cancel your Reformer Pilates class online no later than 12 hours before your scheduled class start time. If you are not a first-timer and have booked a class with Reformer Introduction, the class start time is the start of the Reformer Introduction. Failing to cancel 12 hours before class will result in a class credit deducted from your bundle.
