Congratulations!
If you are pregnant, you are not able to do BIXEPS Therapy. Email us if you have any questions about your existing BIXEPS Therapy sessions.
Congratulations! We welcome new mummies to join all our basic Reformer Pilates classes as part of your postpartum recovery. We recommend you to get your doctor’s approval before starting Reformer Pilates class as everyone’s recovery journey is different. As a rule of thumb, you can join our Reformer Pilates classes after 4 weeks from natural delivery or 6 weeks from caesarean delivery.
We recommend you to start with Core Reformer classes for your first few classes. Do inform the instructor at the start of the class that you have just delivered. We will advise against joining the Weight Loss Pilates class for the first 6 months after birth as it involves certain exercises that may affect the recovery of your muscles. You may start to attend Weight Loss Pilates classes after 3 months on Core Reformer Pilates classes, depending on your progress.
Please email us using your Mindbody registered email with your Mindbody account name and mobile number for any account-related issues.
Core Pilates Reformer class is the most ideal Pilates class if you are undergoing rehabilitation. Please inform the Pilates Instructor before class about your condition so that we can take extra care of you during the class.
Please seek your doctor's consent before coming to Pilates classes. Our Pilates Instructors will try our best to customise the Pilates exercises to your condition. However, as most Pilates exercises require the use of your arms and legs, you may be omitted from doing certain exercises during class due to your injury. If you are comfortable with that, then you can continue with our Reformer classes during your recovery period. However, if you are not comfortable with not doing any Pilates exercises while the class proceeds, then it may be better to start classes with us when you have recovered.
Alternatively, you can sign up for our Private Pilates classes to get customise Pilates workout for your condition.
Congratulations!
If you are pregnant, you can only attend our Couple Prenatal Pilates classes from your second trimester onwards. Our basic Reformer classes are not suitable for clients who are pregnant. You will be putting yourself and your baby at risk.
