You can cancel your class online no later than 12 hours before your scheduled class start time. If you have booked a class with Reformer Introduction, the scheduled class start time is the start of the Reformer Introduction even if you do not need to attend it.

We are unable to book or cancel classes on behalf on clients, as such, we are not able to accept bookings or cancellations via whatsapps, calls, emails or socials.

Failing to cancel 12 hours before class start time will result in a class credit deducted from your bundle.

We are unable to waive off any late cancellation unless a medical certificate is emailed to us within 48 hours from the class start time.  We can only waive off late cancellation once per bundle purchased. If you are sharing class bundle with someone, only 1 late cancellation may be waived per bundle and not per individual.
