How are our Pilates classes conducted?
We offer Pilates classes using the Pilates Reformer and other Pilates props. Each class aims to solve a lifestyle concern such as losing weight, increasing flexibility or increasing core strength. All our classes are 55 minutes long.
We also provide 30 minutes FREE Reformer Introduction class for all first-timers doing group class with us to aquaint themselves with the Pilates Reformer before the start of the class.
As the main piece of equipment to perform Pilates exercises. The Reformer glides forward & backward on rollers and uses springs for resistance, along with other attachments, for a wide variety of exercises and positions (i.e. lying down, seated and standing).
