You have to complete 3 workouts each day. Each workout will take 6 – 10 minutes. You can split the workout into 3 different sessions in a day or do them back to back in the same time frame. For those doing the Weight Loss focus, I encourage you to do 3 workouts back to back for maximum calories burn.

Great place to learn pilates on reformer! Beautiful space in the heart of Serangoon Village. The instructors do a great job guiding you through every exercise.
Found this studio as I was looking for a studio to start my routine workout near my place. Studio was clean and vibes were good. I took Joy’s flexi stretch class as it was my first time doing reformer pilates. There will be an introductory lesson for all first-timers and this was really helpful for someone who had never done reformer before. I was pretty nervous on my first lesson as I had stopped exercising for a long time but instructor Joy was friendly and helpful to teach on how to use the machines. The class was great and not too difficult for beginners. I totally enjoyed the class and look forward to signing up for more classes. They also have evening classes with timings suitable for working people who have a daytime job. Thank you! 🙂

It’s my first time trying out reformer pilates. Loving the vibe of the place and the pace during the session (s). I recently suffered from a knee injury and was worried at the intensity of the workout, but instructor Joy was great at tweaking the exercises to suit my needs. I went on to the second lesson trying out core works. Great balance of burning workout and rest for the body. I enjoy my sessions so far and am looking forward to my next workout already. 🙂 My before and after photos for my recent visit.
Initially I was a bit apprehensive whether I would be able to handle the reformer machine and whether I would enjoy the class…but I had nothing to fear! Joy took me through the intro smoothly and when the class started, it was great! Joy is very clear in her instructions, very calm and corrects me patiently when I don’t get the move right…I’m certainly learning a lot while stretching muscles and building strength!
I’ve enjoyed the last 3 sessions tremendously and signed up for 20 more sessions. Pilates is a great way to get fit and using the reformer helps a lot! I will definitely be a regular here cos Pilates Fitness is a great place to do my workout!!
My virgin pilates reformer experience with Pilates fitness is awesome. Joy is very patient and professional. Really could feel my core’s Suan-ness after each sessions letting me know yes I did it correctly. Enjoyed it and will continue practicing it.
Attended the Abs-burn session at Serangoon Center and it was an amazing workout for the abs. Although it’s a group class the trainer was guiding everyone as needed throughout the session. High standard of cleanliness is maintained and the reformers are cleaned with disinfectant spray after every session. Highly recommend place for those who looking forward to tone your body 😊
Tried out beginner pilates first time with friends. The instructor was patient, pace was easy to follow. Overall session was enjoyable, excited to come back for the next few sessions.
I’m trying pilates with my friends for the first time, and pilates fitness was great for beginner level class! I attended Joy’s core pilates and Candice’s weight loss class and both instructors were friendly. They go around to correct people and also give tips to help us with the movements! They also explain everything clearly and check in with us after class. Will love to attend more in the future 🙂

Purchased a set of Christmas vouchers after trying out the trial set and boy was I pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed Pilates even more than before! Joy is extremely patient & attentive, always correcting my posture and clarifying my doubts when I’m unsure! Absolutely enjoy Pilates even more than other workouts!
