Hello to Week 6 of Circuit Breaker!

 

Here is something to perk up your week 6 – 7 Day Best Body Challenge! ♡

Commit with me for 7 days.

 

You will need 20-30 minutes a day. That’s all. (•‾⌣‾•)و ̑̑♡

 

I’ve split the challenge into 2 categories to suit your lifestyle objective.

 

7 Day Best Body Challenge for Body Aches is customized for those who have persistent body aches and pain. You will emerge with less aches and pain, more flexibility and a toned body after 7 days.

 

7 Day Best Body Challenge for Weight Loss is curated specially for those who are keen to lose some weight before circuit breaker ends (hopefully) on 2 Jun 2020. Expect to lose a dress size, attain sculpted and toned muscles, and elevated fitness after 7 days.

 

We have 3 weeks left before the circuit breaker ends.

 

Are you with me to use the time to work on our fitness and health instead of spending free time on cooking/baking, social media or netflix?

 

Do you want to walk out of the Circuit Breaker fitter, stronger and more toned? How about doing something to make you feel good and positive about yourself? All it takes is 20-30 minutes a day, for 7 days.

Here’s the plan I’ve created for you. All you need to do is to follow the workout calendar for 7 days.

 

I encourage you to share this with your loved ones (parents, spouses, partners, children, siblings, bff) and do it together.

 

You have to complete 3 workouts each day. Each workout will take 6 – 10 minutes. You can split the workout into 3 different sessions in a day or do them back to back in the same time frame. For those doing the Weight Loss focus, I encourage you to do 3 workouts back to back for maximum calories burn.

Daily Commitment: 3 Workouts (20 – 30 minutes)

 

How to make this challenge more fun:

 

    • Save a copy of this challenge and upload to your IG or FB to inform your friends that you are doing this challenge – the easiest way to commit to a challenge is to tell someone you are doing a challenge! Remember to tag @sgPilatesFitness and #7DayBestBodyChallenge

 

    • Take a full body before pic. If you are doing the Body Aches focus track, you can also write down areas that are giving you pain.

 

    • From 11 May – 17 May, follow the workout calendar diligently every day. We have created a daily playlist for you on youtube. Simply click on the thumbnail for the day and it will loop into the 3 workouts that you need to do that day. We encourage you to keep a vlog journal of your progress. You can film yourself doing the workout or create your own zoom class with your loved ones and save the zoom video! Documenting your progress gives you strength and encouragement when you look back. Create a simple vlog to journey your 7 Day Best Body Challenge progress.

 

    • Reduce or cut out all added sugar and be mindful of eating clean (any food that comes in a package should cut out! No snacks, no biscuits, no pastries!!) and drink 2-3 litres of water a day.

 

    • After your last workout on 17 May 2020, take a full body after pic and share it on socials with your friends. Remember to tag @sgPilatesFitness and #7DayBestBodyChallenge so that you can also see other people’s transformation.

 

Where to find the videos: We have created a daily playlist of the 3 workouts for each focus below. We will update this page every day to show you the workout for the next 2 days so that you have a chance to check the moves before you actually do them.

Pilates... I love it

It was my first time to try a pilates exercise and I love it right away. The instructor (Wina) guided me well and she make sure that I can properly do the exercise routine. I will definitely try it again to improve my posture.

My Experience at Pilates Fitness

I had a wonderful experience in my trial class in Pilates Fitness, I was introduce in the usage of equipment well and also the purpose of each excerise that we do. The trainer also communicate clearly and the environment is convulsive for our training.

Pilates strengthen postural, mobility and blood circulation

I have benefited from Pilates classes. The exercises help to strengthen my postural muscles and improve spine mobility. I feel more energetic because of the improvement of my blood circulation around my body.

Welcoming studio with great classes

Had taken a break from reformer for 3 years and was hesitant to come back but I am glad that I tried out Pilates Fitness in Serangoon. The classes are challenging but enjoyable and the instructors are welcoming. I look forward to visiting more soon!

Very enjoyable Pilates classes!

It was my first time trying out reformer Pilates class. Instructor Joy was very patient and kindly explained the reformer machine thoroughly to me. She also made the class very easy to follow for first timer. The classroom is very clean, air-conditioned. I enjoyed myself so much that I am looking forward to the next class already. I like that the class is very 1-1. The instructor will come around and correct your posture and encourage you to push harder.

I have been tempted to try Pilates and happen found this Pilates Fitness in google. I have read some of the good reviews and decided to try it out with my friend.
The work-out in Pilates Fitness just fabulous! Their instructors are very nice! My friend and I enjoyed the classes so much and we will always look forward to our next classes. The booking system is very user friendly too! I have no worries if i need to cancel my class after booking, i simply need to do it 24 hours before the class time. So easy!

First time trying Pilates

It was my first time trying out the reformer class at the Serangoon branch together with my sister and cousin. We enjoyed ourselves during the first session with the instructor Wina, she is very patient and guided us throughout the class. Looking forward to the flexi stretch session.
