What Reformer class do you recommend for me?
For your first Reformer class, please sign up for a Reformer class type that has a 30 minutes Reformer Introduction Class. Reformer Introduction class is compulsory for your first class regardless of past Pilates experience.
We offer 3 basic Pilates Classes for beginners classes depending on your fitness goals:
> Weight Loss Reformer Class – High-intensity class to build muscles & lose body fat (not suitable for someone who has not been exercising regularly)
> Core Reformer Class – Mid-intensity class to strengthen core and improve posture (suitable for silver population, those under-going rehabilitation, postpartum or anyone who wants to get started on exercising)
> Flexi Stretch Reformer Class – Class filled with dynamic stretches for stiff & inflexible bodies
For members who have been working out with us for some time, we offer intermediate classes to meet your fitness goals:
> Cardio Jumpboard (attended at least 5 basic classes in the last 12 months) – high intensity workout that builds cardiovascular fitness
> Abs Burn Reformer class (attended at least 5 basic classes in the last 12 months) – high intensity workout that is ideal for those with a flabby belly, and want to elevate fitness & endurance
> Weight Loss Plus (attended at least 10 basic classes in the last 12 months) – our advanced class that is ideal for The Super-Fit who loves challenges to build outstanding fitness & endurance
