We have come out with this 21-day full body workout calendar – suitable for beginners and the elderly.
Set aside 20 – 30 minutes each day to move your joints and tone your muscles.
Every day will start with a dynamic stretch workout followed by a muscle-toning workout.
Invite your loved ones to do it together with you too!
