I was caught in a traffic jam and missed the class, what can I do?

We have a 24-hour class cancellation policy. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of class, a class credit will be deducted from your bundle.

Due to limited capacity during the Covid period, we are unable to waive off any late cancellations unless a medical certificate is emailed to us within 48 hours from the class start time.  We seek your understanding regarding this.
