I am at the studio and the app does not work, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that.

If you find yourself in this situation, please check the following:

1) Have you installed the correct door app?

2) Is your Location, Bluetooth and mobile data turned on?

If your app still does not work, please follow one of the members to enter the Pilates studio and

email us the following information:

1) Screenshot of the error message on your phone
2) Phone brand and phone model
3) Your account name
4) Your mobile number
