How long does it take to see results from doing Pilates?
You should be able to see results after doing 2-3 classes a week for a month. This will vary depending on the individual. Other factors that may affect the result include frequency of classes per week, class types, group or private class, participation in other physical activities, diet, and the presence of any existing injuries. Most people will see toned muscles and reduced body fat after doing 3 classes weekly for 3 months. We encourage you to remain consistent in your classes with us!
