I am not a first-time client and I’ve booked a class, why was it cancelled?

Your class may be cancelled for several reasons. One of the reasons could be that you did not meet the prerequisites for the class you booked. Our intermediate and advanced Reformer Pilates classes have class prerequisites:

> Cardio Jumpboard -> You will need to complete 5 classes of Weight Loss Reformer Pilates and/or Core Reformer Pilates and/or Flexi-Stretch Reformer Pilates Classes in the last 12 months.

> Abs-Burn -> You will need to complete 5 classes of Weight Loss Reformer Pilates and/or Core Reformer Pilates and/or Flexi-Stretch Reformer Pilates Classes in the last 12 months.

> Weight Loss Plus -> You will need to complete 10 classes of Weight Loss Reformer Pilates and/or Core Reformer Pilates and/or Flexi-Stretch Reformer Pilates and/or Abs-Burn Reformer Pilates and/or Cardio Jumpboard Classes in the last 12 months.

Please also note that we do not allow back-to-back classes, so if you have booked for 2 back-to-back classes, we will cancel your second class. If these are not the reasons why your class is canceled, please email us so that we can look into your account.
