I have booked 2 back to back classes, why was one of them cancelled?

Members are not able to attend back-to-back Reformer Pilates classes. You may book back-to-back classes only if there is time gap or Reformer Introduction between the classes.

If you have booked 2 consecutive or back-to-back Reformer Pilates classes without any break in between, one of the classes will be cancelled.
Or if you have booked a Reformer class followed by waitlisting for a consecutive Reformer class, your waitlisted Reformer class will be cancelled.

We will try our best to contact you for your preference before cancelling a class. However, there may be circumstances that we need to cancel one of the classes without prior notice.
