Which class should I take as my first class?
For your first class, you must choose a class type that comes with 30 minutes Reformer Introduction on our class schedule. Read more here.
You only need to attend the Reformer Introduction once.
For your subsequent classes, you may choose any of our basic classes (Weight Loss Pilates, Core Pilates or Flexi-Stretch Pilates). Please turn up at the class start time instead of the Reformer Introduction start time should you book for a class that comes with Reformer Introduction.
