Why am I unable to book for classes even though I have a class bundle?

Only class credits that are not expired can be used to book for classes. If you see a “call” button instead of “book” button, it is likely your class credits have expired.

Please go to Schedule Page > My Account > Passes to check your available class credits.

Please email enquiry@pilatesfitness.com.sg with your Mindbody account name and mobile number if you have further enquries about your account.
