Why was I not informed when I was moved up the waitlist?

You will get an email notification when you are moved up from the waitlist. Please ensure you have ticked to accept “Reminder and Schedule Changes” under your Mindbody profile to ensure you will receive the email. Else, please log into Schedule Page > My Account to check if you have been moved up to the class list.
