What do I need to bring to my Pilates class?

You must bring a pair of anti-slip socks for your Pilates workout. We have a vending machine for those interested to purchase grip socks for $6 at our studios, do prepare exact change! We also recommend that you bring along a water bottle and a small towel. Shoes are not required for the class.

What should I wear to my Pilates class?

Please wear comfortable & fitting fitness attire. You won’t go wrong with a fitted tee or tank matched with slacks or tights! Please don't wear loose tops as the Instructor will not be able to see your posture or offer corrections.
